Ok, it’s late but I haven’t had the chance to post yet today. So, since I’m late, I guess I’ll “reward” you with a secret. Only, of course, once I tell you, it’ll no longer be my secret.

I still love to dance! I dance around the house when there’s no one around- though it’s a little more difficult here in our apartment. I even do it at work. Not that I dance full out in my office- but I can enjoy plié’s, tendu’s, and the occasional clogging during breaks or my lunch hour. I recently ordered a pair of ballet shoes just to keep in the office.

Once a dancer always a dancer I suppose. My husband often reminds me of my love of dancing and its impact on my life especially since my teen years. Whenever I complain about how big my thighs are, he’ll remind me that part of that is from dancing. And, then, I can’t complain because I remember just how valuable dance has always been to me- a piece of my soul.

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26
