Did you know? We have a new niece! Seems I need to catch you all up!

Emma Ruth was born last month. She might not technically be our niece but you couldn’t make us believe it.

I didn’t take these pictures with Amy Lynn and Callie Grace, but I think you can tell they are as excited as the rest of us.

As has become the tradition, I did the birth announcements. I had them shipped to Billy and Mandy. I got an extra surprise from Amy Lynn when I received my copy in the mail.

Cody figured this one out- It’s Moose! She knows how to get me. And baseball season is just around the corner. . . hopefully this month with some scrimmage games! I’m gonna have to take her to some games. The girls fell in love with Moustakas. Who wouldn’t when you can yell Moose at the top of your lungs, right? Yup, that’s his number there on the jersey and a bat in his hand. Amy Lynn just seemed to get it during the World Series- she called me many times in the middle of the games. My favorite World Series moment? Honestly, I think it has to be when she exclaimed, “Man, did you see that big throw?” as they came back from a commercial break. Yup she gets it. (But she could barely comprehend that we were seeing the same commercials. Funny Stuff.)

(I love that the girls and the Moose thing is something documented in my Week in the Life Album from last October.)

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26
